Representative Samuels moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 109(JUD) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB 109(FIN) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 109(JUD) am?"
